This text serves as a legal declaration for the copyright protection of my own created photos and videos according to the applicable copyright law. All information contained herein is intended to protect my rights as the author and to prevent the unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of my photographs.

According to Section 1 of the German Copyright Act (UrhG), photographs and audiovisual content are recognised as personal intellectual creations and are therefore protected by copyright. I, Johann Kreßin, am the author of these photographs and videos and accordingly own all copyrights thereto.

According to § 7 UrhG, it is prohibited to use, reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit my photographs without my express written permission. Any use of my photos without my permission is a violation of my copyrights and may result in legal consequences.

Therefore, I would like to clarify the following:

• All my photos are protected by copyright. This means that I own the exclusive right to decide on their use.
• Any use of my photos, whether for commercial or private purposes, is prohibited without my prior written consent. This specifically includes copying, uploading to social media, printing, publishing or selling my photos.
• Any person or organisation wishing to use my photos must first obtain written permission from me. If interested in using my photos, requests can be sent to the contact address below.
• If any unauthorised use of my photos is found, I reserve the right to take legal action to enforce my copyright. This may result in the enforcement of injunctive relief, claims for damages and other legal actions.

I point out that this text serves only as a legal statement and does not constitute a binding contract. The use of my photographs is at my sole discretion and can only be permitted by a separate written agreement.
